Hey y’all!  I’m Micheal (not to be confused with my brother Michael).   I am me.  Just me.  Winston Salem, NC is the place I call home.  I love my job at this pretty cool agency.  I like my dog more than I like most people.  My closest friends are my family and I would be nowhere without them.  I love to cook.  And eat.  I love the gym, but did I mention I love to eat?   I read a lot.  I’ve been told I’m an old soul – it’s true – I really should have lived in the 1920s.  I love the Dave Matthews Band (64 shows and counting).  I’m a notorious introvert.  Oh, I have curls.

I have been teetering on the edge of creating a blog for nearly a year.  I thought to myself – I’m not a celebrity and who the hell really wants to hear what I have to say?  Then I decided that blogging shouldn’t be about who reads your blog.  It should be about doing something you love – writing and connecting.  Now, I’m not saying I’m good at either, but I’m going to give it a shot and see how it goes.  I’m sure I’ll share tons of recipes (because did I mention I love to cook?), lots of Winston stories, randomness and such.  I hope you enjoy what you read and see.  🙂
